How do I clear the agent database?
- If you have a FR650 or FR700, Right Click on the Agent icon in the Windows Notification Area. If you have a TS100 or PC50/PC60, Right Click on the USB Terminal Manager icon
- Select Send Information to Support in the menu.
- When the window pops up, press Clear Database.
- After it clears the database it will sync with PayClock Online on its own.
- Once it completes press Close.
