How do I clear the agent database?

 
  1. If you have a FR650 or FR700, Right Click on the Agent icon in the Windows Notification Area. If you have a TS100 or PC50/PC60, Right Click on the USB Terminal Manager icon
  2. Select Send Information to Support in the menu.
  3. When the window pops up, press Clear Database.
  4. After it clears the database it will sync with PayClock Online on its own.
  5. Once it completes press Close.
